How it works

For the Big Chiefs.

Members see their dues and their ride. Lieutenants seat their float. The office runs the whole krewe. Same data, three ways in.

Members

Your krewe, in your pocket.

  • Your float, your seat, your rider pass
  • Sign the agreement, request a sub

Neutral Ground or Sidewalk Side?
You decide.

Tap a member onto a float and the seat count updates, the manifest reflows, and the rider gets the news. Tandems stay together, capacities hold, and nobody rides twice.

  • Live seat counts on every float
  • Subs slot in without breaking the roll
  • Print a clean manifest for marshals

Throw Me Somethin',
Mister.

Invoice the whole roster in one click, every member carrying their own balance and their own pay link. The ones who still mail a check get a printed statement with a tear‑off stub. Nobody keys a payment twice.

  • One click, and every member gets their own number
  • Card, bank, payment plan, or a check in the mail
  • Print the batch, folded for a window envelope
  • Reminders go only to the members who still owe

Print and mail

Nobody Gets Left at the Curb.

Meet your members where they are. Some will pay online the hour it lands, some will always mail a check. Both options are built into the system.

1

Print the batch

Filter to the members who take paper, or to everyone still unpaid, and print the lot as a single PDF. Every statement carries that member's own balance and due dates.

2

Fold and mail

The name and address land exactly where a number ten window envelope shows them, so nobody hand addresses a single envelope. The remit stub tears off at the bottom.

3

Mark it paid

When the check comes back, your staff marks the stub paid in one click. The ledger updates, the status turns green, and that member's reminders stop the same day.
